Respite Care
Cleansed Vision provides respite services to allow family and full-time carers looking after a frail, elderly, or disabled family member an opportunity to get away for a break and refresh their batteries. A care plan will be put in place, and the carer will take over the role of the usual caregiver.
We provide the following Respite Care services: (Click to expand)
- Help with washing (including bathing and showering) and dressing
- Assist with toileting and continence management requirements
- Help with meals and encourage healthy eating
- Offer advice and practical help with oral hygiene
Coming home from hospital can be a challenge and a worry. Lilly Home Care has a service designed to help an individual have a smooth and safe discharge home from the hospital. We will work in tandem with the hospital discharge team. The package can be a 3-hour one-off package or a temporary care period while the person regains strength and confidence.
- Helping to pack up in the hospital
- Arranging transport home
- Assistance with unpacking and settling back into home
- Shopping for basic supplies e.g. bread, milk etc.
- Preparing a sandwich or a meal
- Changing bed sheets
- Assistance with mobility
- Personal care, washing, dressing up, etc.
